How do I get from the estate to MetLife Stadium?
Our Westchester properties are 35 minutes from MetLife via I-87/I-287. Soleil Manor in White Plains has the most direct route. On match days, we recommend leaving 90 minutes before kickoff. All properties have free on-site parking — drive to the stadium, or rideshare without worrying about your car.
What's the cancellation policy?
Flexible cancellation for bookings made before May 1, 2026. Contact our team for specific terms. We know plans change — we work with guests to find solutions.
Can we have pre-game and post-match gatherings?
Yes — unlike hotels and most rental platforms, our properties explicitly welcome group gatherings. Cookouts by the pool, post-match celebrations, watch parties — the estate is yours. We just ask you're respectful of the neighborhood.
How does booking work?

What if my group is bigger than the sleeping capacity?
Properties can host additional day guests beyond the overnight capacity. Bring your full match-day crew for the pre-game and after-party — overnight guests stay on-site. Contact us to discuss your group size.
Is the pool available in June/July?
Pools are not heated, but June and July in Hudson Valley average 80-85°F — ideal swimming weather. Knoll Shoal Farmhouse also has a hot tub available year-round.
