How far are the properties from MetLife Stadium?

Our Westchester County properties (Westchester Castle and Soleil Manor) are approximately 35 minutes from MetLife Stadium via I-87/I-287. Knoll Shoal Farmhouse in Cornwall is about 60 minutes. All are closer than most Manhattan hotels when you factor in event-day transit.

What's your cancellation policy?

We offer flexible cancellation terms for World Cup bookings made before May 1, 2026. Contact our team for specific policy details when booking. We understand plans can change and we work with our guests to find solutions.

Can we host pre-game and post-game gatherings?

Absolutely. Unlike hotels and most vacation rental platforms, our estates explicitly welcome group events and gatherings. Cookouts, watch parties, post-match celebrations — the property is yours. We just ask that you're respectful of the neighbors.

Is the pool heated? What about the hot tub?

The pools at Westchester Castle and Trinity Place are not heated — but June and July in the Hudson Valley are perfect swimming weather (avg. 80-85°F). Knoll Shoal Farmhouse has both a pool and a private hot tub available year-round.

How does booking work?

What if my group is larger than the sleeping capacity?

Our properties can accommodate additional day guests beyond the sleeping capacity. Host your match-day crew at the estate for the pre-game and post-game, with the overnight group staying on-site. Contact us to discuss your group size.
