Beautiful & Historic West Point Home

This beautiful and historic home accommodated our extended family who gathered to attend a funeral in nearby West Point. The kitchen had everything we needed. Beds and linens super soft and comfortable. Enjoyed the fireplace, games, books. Took walks in lovely adjacent neighborhood, tossed a football in the grounds. Spacious, elegant home.

Gorgeous and Spacious Getaway

The place we stayed was a gorgeous and spacious getaway for a gathering of a few families around the holidays. The host was above and beyond, unlocking the front door and turning the lights on, including a lit Christmas tree and fireplace. The place was very private and felt secure and safe. The view was beautiful. It felt a bit like Little Women. It was charming and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and more to cook gourmet meals. The TV had all the smart apps such at Netflix for movies. We would definitely come back. I can’t imagine how lovely it is in the summer time with the in-ground pool. Our winter getaway was perfect. We never left the house and had an amazing time.

Could Not Ask For a More Perfect Stay

For a large extended family get together, this property suited our size and wish for a homey place to gather, cook and eat together, and spend time with one another. To top it off, they have a nice pool and jacuzzi for water play and relaxation, which everyone enjoyed. It's located in a very convenient location right off a major thoroughfare and yet it felt secluded and was minutes from several desirable attractions for adult and children recreation. All in all, we highly recommend!

Simply Incredible

We had a wedding at Brotherhood and so we brought our whole family, celebrated a birthday, and had a very nice time! The house is incredible - big, very cool old house, great that almost every couple had their own bathroom. The pool was great, the kids and the adults took advantage even though the weather during our stay wasn’t great. We had most meals at the house and the grill and the kitchen were great. The house and the grounds were very private, but it was very easy to run out and grab groceries or anything else we needed. While it was one of the more expensive BNB’s we have booked, the amount of people who can be accommodated definitely makes it a good value! Only a short drive away, we will definitely look to come back again!!

Exactly What My Girlfriends and I Needed

The Knoll Shoal was exactly what my girlfriends and I needed for our weekend away! The pool is huge and clean, the hot tub was perfect, large kitchen and common spaces, and the bedrooms were SO comfortable and had their own bathrooms for the most part. It was an absolutely amazing weekend thanks to this beautiful house! I hope to return one day!
